PageTurner Support

PageTurner is a local ebook reader for importing TXT, EPUB, and MOBI files, managing an offline bookshelf, searching text, using bookmarks, and adjusting reading settings. If you run into an issue, check the notes below or contact us by email.

Support scope

Import common ebook and text files from Files, the share sheet, or local folders.
Keep books, reading progress, bookmarks, and notes mainly on your device for offline reading.
Use contents, full-text search, bookmarks, read aloud, auto-scroll, and font settings while reading.

Common questions

If a file cannot open, confirm that it is TXT, EPUB, or MOBI and that the file is not damaged or encrypted.
If an imported book does not appear, return to the bookshelf and refresh, or share the file to PageTurner again from the Files app.
If reading progress is not synced, confirm you are using the same device. The current version focuses on local offline reading.

Privacy and data

PageTurner can be used without creating an account or signing in.
Imported books, personal documents, bookmarks, and reading records are mainly stored locally on your device.
When reporting an issue, include your device model, system version, app version, and reproduction steps. Avoid sending complete private documents with sensitive content.
